A little about me...
I'm the founder of Lifted Life and an independent healthcare IT consultant. I've spent years building a successful career I'm genuinely proud of, working on large-scale healthcare transformation projects across Canada.
Over the last few years, I started thinking differently about what I wanted the next chapter of my life to look like.
I didn't want my future to be determined entirely by the next contract, the next project or someone else's timeline. I wanted to have a bigger say in what I was building toward.
And that led me to a question I couldn't quite shake:
What if more is actually possible?
Not because I wasn't grateful for the life I'd built, I absolutely was. But I've come to believe that you can be grateful for your life and still want more from it.
More choice. More control over my time. More freedom to decide what work looks like, where I do it and what I'm ultimately building toward.
I'd already developed a real interest in personal growth, so when I discovered an online business in the personal development industry that I could build alongside my existing career, I paid attention.
It wasn't about walking away from everything I'd built. It was about giving myself another way to shape what came next.

Lifted Life is really about one idea: I believe regular people are capable of doing some pretty extraordinary things.
You don't have to be unhappy with your life to want more from it. You can be successful, grateful for what you've built and still have bigger goals for your future.
I want to help people see what's possible when they're willing to think differently, invest in their own growth and take action toward the life they actually want.
Because sometimes the biggest shift starts with simply allowing yourself to ask:

🏡 BEYOND THE BUSINESS:
I live in beautiful Prince Edward Island, Canada, with my husband Jason, our two adult sons and our two Irish Setters. Jason and I have been together for almost 30 years, which I'm still not entirely sure how that happened. 😂
Horses have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up spending time at my grandparents' horse farm, and today they're still a huge part of the life I love and the future I envision.
I also love to travel, experience new places and, increasingly, appreciate the freedom to decide what I want the next chapter of my life to look like.
For me, success isn't just about what you earn. It's having choices. It's doing work that matters, having time for the people and things you love, continuing to grow, and building a life you're genuinely excited to live.

⏸️ THE PAUSE THAT SHIFTED EVERYTHING:
When one contract ended and the next didn't come, I suddenly found myself with something I wasn't used to having: time.
It was uncomfortable. There was uncertainty, and a lot of questions about what I actually wanted the next chapter of my life to look like.
That's when I began a daily meditation and gratitude practice. What started as a way to navigate a difficult season became something much bigger. It changed the way I thought about my life, my goals and what might actually be possible.
✨ THE PIVOT:
That time gave me clarity about what I wanted more of: choice, freedom and a bigger say in what my future looked like.
So when I came across an online business built around personal development, something I was already deeply interested in, I was curious enough to take a closer look.
What I found was a way to build something of my own alongside the career I'd already built. Not an overnight reinvention. Not a guarantee. Just another path forward, and one I decided was worth exploring.
